Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by your use of Settle.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in Settle.

Questionnaires such as the GAD-7 are validated screening instruments, but the results shown in Settle are for your own reference only. They are not a diagnosis. A high score does not prove a condition, and a low score does not rule one out. Please discuss any concerns with a professional.

Conversations with the coach are generated by an artificial intelligence system. The AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and it cannot understand or respond to emergencies the way a human can. It does not provide therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention.
